this is an older piece with natural materials that have held up remarkably well over time

it's unlikely that the end cap on the claw is what's solely holding it in place, so reasonable to think there's some jeweler's epoxy in action, too

significant flaking/peeling to the claw

heavy heavy wear to the sawtooth bezel settings

deep patina and time-earned patina in the crevices of the design details between the settings

heavy surface scratches, dents and dings throughout the silver

evidence of a previous sizing at the base of the band where there's a solder run
